There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form puts a step
between you and an answer, and it lets a company look contactable without being
contactable. A phone number that answers and two monitored email addresses are the things
that actually work.
It is also, honestly, one of the few areas where this seller is clearly ahead of the
category average. Plenty of sites in this market publish a web form and nothing else
— no phone number, no office address, no separate returns address. Four published
routes is unusual, and it is why the support mark on our
editorial scorecard is a nine while the price mark is a
two.
Three questions worth calling about
How many gummies make a serving. The label does not print it, and the
answer changes how long a jar lasts and what it costs to use. A thirty-second question.
What the gelling agent is. There is a vegetarian seal on the packaging
and no other-ingredients line, so this is the one question a vegetarian buyer should ask
before eating one.
Whether the certificate behind JEL-3656-26-JA can be seen. It is a draft
reference rather than a published document. Buyers asking is how that changes.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. Nobody on any desk is a clinician. Whether
this suits your medication belongs with a pharmacist, and the list to take them is on the
safety page.
- Orders placed elsewhere. We can only see orders placed through
jaellyforce.com.
- The manufacturer's decisions. We do not set the formula, print the
label or decide what gets published. We have asked for the split; we do not control the
answer.
Response times
The website desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. No published response-time target
exists for any desk, so we will not invent one — if an email has gone unanswered
for more than a couple of working days, the phone is faster.
