The FDA publishes a standing notification list of sexual enhancement and energy products found to contain undeclared prescription drug ingredients, usually sildenafil or tadalafil. Who this product is for
Healthy adults 18 and over. Not for anyone under 18. Not for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding — ashwagandha in particular is not for use in pregnancy. Not a substitute for prescribed medicine of any kind.
Medication interactions
Talk to a clinician before use if you take medicine. L-arginine may add to nitrates, blood-pressure medicine and ED medicine. Ashwagandha may add to sedatives and thyroid medicine, and NCCIH notes a number of cases linking liver injury to ashwagandha supplements, described as rare. Do not take more than the label says unless a clinician tells you to.
Ashwagandha
Stop taking this product and contact a clinician if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pain on the right side under the ribs, or unusual tiredness. The amount of ashwagandha in this product is not published.
Ingredient amounts
The label publishes one figure for the whole blend: 82 mg per serving, footnoted as approximately 567 mg of dry powders. No individual amount is published for any of the five ingredients. Any page showing you a per- ingredient dose comparison for this product has invented it.

Why this page is longer than most disclaimers
A disclaimer is usually written to be unreadable: one paragraph, small type, at the bottom, satisfying a requirement rather than informing anybody. That version protects the seller and nobody else. This one is written to be read, which means saying the same things in ordinary sentences and putting each one next to the claim it qualifies rather than only here.

Six distinctions this site keeps
“May support” is not “treats”. Every claim on this label uses support language. That is a legal boundary, not a stylistic one.
“Registered facility” is not “approved product”. The FDA is not authorised to approve supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed. A registration describes a factory.
A blend total is not a dose. One number for five ingredients tells you the size of the whole and nothing about the parts.
A draft reference is not a certificate. A number implies a document. Only the document is a document.
An ingredient study is not a product study. A trial using grams of one botanical says nothing about a share of 82 mg of five.
