Quick answer
To claim a Jellyforce refund, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID inside the 60-day window, then post the jars to 1 Hudson Square, Floor 8, New York, NY 10013, USA with your name, email and order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Ten clauses
This page sets out the refund process for Jellyforce orders placed through jaellyforce.com. It is written to be read before you need it.
60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Read the window on the order page before you pay. The window runs from the date of purchase.
Your order ID, which appears in the order confirmation email, and the jars. The desk can locate an order without the ID using the payment card, though it takes longer.
Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and say you are claiming the money-back window. The order desk handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Website questions — typos, privacy, press — go to contact@jaellyforce.com, and that address cannot see orders or process a refund. The sales desk at contact@jellyforce.online is the email route for order questions.
Post them to:
1 Hudson Square, Floor 8, New York, NY 10013, USA
Include your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Keep your postal tracking number until the refund appears.
The amount paid for the product, as set out on the order page. Return postage is not refunded. No restocking fee is described in the material supplied to us.
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as early as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it has to be returned under the process above rather than cancelled.
Photograph a damaged parcel before opening anything, then call the desk. For a parcel that has not arrived, the desk holds the carrier record and can open an enquiry with your order ID.
This policy covers orders placed through jaellyforce.com. We cannot refund an order we did not take, and we cannot trace a lot number we did not ship.
If anything here is out of date, email contact@jaellyforce.com and the page will be corrected with its date moved forward. The terms on the order page govern your order.
Timing
| Stage | How long | What is happening |
|---|---|---|
| You call and post | Your own timing | The window is running. Start by day 45 to be comfortable |
| Parcel in transit | Depends on the service you choose | Tracked post is worth the extra here |
| Desk approves | 3 to 5 business days after they credit it | The seller's side of the process |
| Card posts it | 5 to 10 days | Your bank's timing, not the seller's |
| Total after posting | Roughly two to three weeks | Plan for it rather than chasing on day four |
Edge cases
Answers where we have them, and a plain “the order page governs” where we do not.
Call with the card you paid on and the delivery address. The desk can search on both. Slower, and it works.
Say so on the call. The order page's terms govern what can be refunded, and the desk will tell you before you post anything.
Most money-back windows in this category expect that — the point of trying something is to try it. The order page's terms are the version that governs.
It has closed and we are not going to imply otherwise. Call anyway if something is wrong with the product itself; that is a different conversation.
This is why tracked postage matters. With a tracking number the desk can work with you. Without one there is nothing to look at.
Refunds go back to the payment method used. That is the processor's rule rather than the desk's preference.
The honest section
Three lines, and nothing else is needed:
Full name · Email on the order · Order ID
Add the date you called if you have it. A parcel arriving with those four pieces of information is matched in minutes; one with a name alone can sit for days.
Return postage is yours. On a six-jar parcel that is a real number, and it is worth factoring in when you choose a pack size.
The window starts at purchase, not at your first gummy. Shipping time comes out of your window.
Neither is unusual for this category. Both are the kind of detail that is far easier to accept when you read it before paying than when you discover it while trying to send jars back. A prepaid return label would remove the friction entirely; it would also cost the seller money, which is presumably why it does not exist.
Good habit
Most people find a refund policy on day fifty-five. If you are reading it on day one, three minutes now saves the whole process later.
Put the end of the window in a calendar with a reminder ten days before. Save the order email somewhere you will find it. Note the order date, because that is when the clock starts — not when the parcel arrives and not when you eat the first gummy.
And decide what you are testing before you start. A refund decision made against a sentence you wrote on day one is straightforward. The same decision made against a vague impression eight weeks later is not, and that is the state most people are in when the window closes on them.
Practical
If a refund goes wrong, the instinct is to go straight to the card issuer. It is worth calling the desk once more first: a chargeback usually takes longer than a processed refund and it removes the desk's ability to help while the dispute runs.
That said, a chargeback exists for a reason and nothing on this page is an argument against using one if a claim is genuinely being ignored. Keep the tracking number and the date of your call either way; both are what a dispute turns on.
